Casey Purvis is a self-storage and multifamily real estate entrepreneur who focuses on helping investors build long-term wealth through high-performing, recession-resilient assets.

His primary focus as CEO is leading the 1Vision team in acquiring and improving self-storage facilities in high-growth markets using proven value-add strategies that increase cash flow, enhance customer experience, and protect investor capital.

With over 36 years of experience in the construction industry, Casey built and operated a successful electrical contracting firm that specialized in multimillion-dollar custom homes in elite Southern California communities such as Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Malibu. This deep construction background gives him a unique advantage in evaluating property condition, overseeing expansions, and managing operational improvements with precision and cost-efficiency.

In addition to real estate, Casey co-founded several music licensing companies—including Legacy Music Project and Vision1Music—that have placed thousands of tracks in television and film over the past 12 years. His entrepreneurial success across multiple industries reflects his strong leadership, business acumen, and dedication to building scalable, sustainable ventures.

Casey credits much of his growth in real estate to the guidance of experienced mentors in the self-storage and multifamily sectors. Now, he pays it forward by mentoring others and helping investors achieve financial freedom through passive income—an endeavor he finds deeply rewarding.

A bilingual speech therapist turned real estate professional, Gina's career path was shaped by personal adversity. As a single mother of three and a survivor of papillary thyroid cancer, she embodies resilience, grit, and purpose. Her journey led her to real estate investing as a way to build lasting wealth for her family—and to help others do the same.

Raised in a construction-focused family, Gina developed a strong instinct for identifying underperforming assets and uncovering hidden potential. Her creative eye, operational awareness, and relentless drive make her an invaluable part of 1 Vision Capital's acquisitions team.
